The SmartSolve dashboard is a unique workspace that an administrator can create, that provides team members with tools and services for collaboration on SmartSolve records. A dashboard contains lists of quality records such as cases and complaints, and also offers the end user access to Quick Searches for full text searching. To create a dashboard, a user must be assigned the appropriate rights.
Click the Home tab > My Dashboards for a list of all available dashboards.
NOTE: It may be beneficial to configure your dashboards to align to your user roles.
